In the station "Pied du Barrage" on 1'800 metres about sea level. View through the loco cabin, photo taken from the platform. To see is the highest mountain of the Alps, called "Mont Blanc". In the station "Pied du Barrage" (translated = Foot of the Dam) on 1'800 metres about sea level. Behind the steep climbing rails of "Minifunic" and to the horizon is to see the immense dam of Lake Emosson.
