The diesel locomotive 5506 pictured in front of the depot Kinkempois on May 18th, 2008. These engines were provided in operation by the SNCB in the years 1961-1962, they particularly run in the south of Belgium. The point before the number means that this locomotive has a heater. On the red stripes and the words TVM can be seen, that this engine can reach a speed of 200 km/h and is allowed to ride on the high speed line between Liège and Louvain to tow wrecked high speed trains.
