On 21 April 2024, RXP 1251 hauls a special train into Haarlem with an SSN train, including steamer at the other end. Between Haarlem and Leiden the famous Keukenhof flower beds are sited and in April most flowers bloom, hence this train shuttled between the two cities to give the riders a nice view on the blooming flowers. The six trips were sold out within three hours. 
