Instead of the advertised E10.12 or E10.13 and a proposed museum electric loco in the Netherlands, Freunde der Eisenbahn Köln coughed up mundane black 189 289 in front of their Rheingold to Dordrecht. The proposed loco swap at venlo was duly cancelled and tyhe extra was photographed at Blerick. 
