BLS 465 010 pauses at Kandersteg on 1 January 2025: due top the frost, all pausing electrics have one pantograph raised to the wire. Whilst this convoy enjoys the Sun, many a 465 nbanks car carrying trains from the Autoverlade to Goppenstein at about each train per ten minutes. 

At the end of the long freight train on the journey towards Brig, the BLS Re 465 helps as a push locomotive. The picture was taken in Preglia, at the northern end of the platform. An interesting detail: the switch lantern in the foreground for the junction onto the siding was of Swiss design, while the switch lantern for changing lanes a good hundred meters further back is of Italian design. October 31, 2024 
