At the exit from Aigle, the new TPC ASD ABe 4/8 471 has left the journey on the road through the town behind and is now driving on its own route towards the vineyards.

At the end of the long freight train on the journey towards Brig, the BLS Re 465 helps as a push locomotive.

At the entrance to Aigle, the TPC Beh 4/8 is on the way to the SBB train station.

At the end of the long freight train on the journey towards Brig, the BLS Re 465 helps as a push locomotive. The picture was taken in Preglia, at the northern end of the platform. An interesting detail: the switch lantern in the foreground for the junction onto the siding was of Swiss design, while the switch lantern for changing lanes a good hundred meters further back is of Italian design. October 31, 2024 

Take a good look at the scenery at Angeren, where on 24 October 2024 BLS 475 419 with diverted CargoBeamer intermodal train is passing. Within two years, the entire rustic scenery might be vanished completely with the extension of the A15 motorway. 
