How times change: a few years ago I would have turned up my nose and not photographed the ICN passing through Airolo, today I am happy that I can photograph an ICN between all the "Giruno" trains: The SBB RABe 500 006 " Johanna Spyri" as IC 2 10865 on the way from Zurich HB to Lugano passes the highlight of its journey in Airolo and is now heading through the Leventina towards its destination drive.
