In the still shady Vallorcine, the SNCF Z 800 002 is waiting as regional train 18975 for the onward journey to Martigny. The railcar arrived as TER 18903 from Chamonix and will exceptionally be through-routed to Martigny today. In the opposite direction, the TMR BDeh 4/8 22 is on its way, which is also being through-routed to Chamonix outside the regular timetable.

In the background of the image, you can see the TRAVYS diesel locomotive 92 85 8846 601-3, about which I currently have no further information.

In Martigny, the Region Alpes RABe 733 703 reaches as R91 on its way to Monthey, while the Region Alpes NINA RABe 525-039 waits for departure to Le Châble.

The MOB Ge 4/4 8004 is waiting in Montreux with its GoldenPass Express (GPX) 4074 to Interlaken Ost, which is barely visible from this angle, for the imminent departure. In the background, the PE 30 220 with the control car Ast 151 at the front is also ready for departure. It will leave about ten minutes after the GPX to Zweisimmen and will serve most stations.

Since the new TMR/SNCF Beh 4/8 92/983 (UIC 90 85 838 0892-2) lingered in Finhaut for a few more minutes before departing for Salvan, I was able to photograph the train, bathed in sunlight, from various perspectives, as far as access allowed.

Due to construction work at the TMR station in Martigny, TMR trains towards Vallorcine operate from Vernayaz MC with bus replacement services to and from Martigny.  
At Vernayaz M-C, the BDeh 4/8 21 is waiting to depart for Vallorcine.
