Ge 4/4 III 647 with the Bernina Express is crossing the 450 foot long "Landwasser" viaduct and will enter soon into the more than 200 yard long "Landwasser" tunnel on December 24th, 2009. (to the image) 

this picture of the "mobile home" in the snowy landscape shows, that also in winter 2008 there was a lot of snow in Switzerland.
