Since the BWB museum railway currently ends in Schwarzenberg, the BWB (ex ÖBB) 2095.13 bypasses its train in order to then return it to Beznau. This makes the BWB one of the shortest heritage railways in Austria, but one of the most successful in terms of passenger numbers.

North of Bollène a road leads over the Rhone and then over two bridges to Lapalud. On the one hand, the two bridges lead over the LGV 75200 LN5 and barely twenty meters later over the route 830000 Paris - Marseille. Now the view is directed to the north and the picture shows the SNCF INOIU TGV 6871 from Toulouse to Lyon with the Rame 257 on the high-speed line 752 000 LGV Méditerranée LN5 at km 577.2 traveling north. On the left of the picture you can see the DC catenary pylons of the  Left Rhone Line  830000 Paris Marseille.

The SNCF narrow-gauge diesel multiple unit X 74503 is traveling as TER 61285 from Salbris to Valençay and leaves Gièvres station after a rather long stop of nine minutes. In Gièvres there is a connection to the standard gauge line Tours - Vierzon, the tracks of which can be seen in the foreground in the left part of the picture. Unfortunately, there were no standard gauge trains running when TER 61285 was in service. The long stay didn't make sense to me, but it was a good opportunity to take more photos of the train. The relatively long stay of the TER 61285, which I had already noticed when planning this photo excursion, was also the reason for photographing this train in Gièvres.

Two SNCF OUIGO TGV trains can be seen on the LGV Méditerranée high-speed line from Combe-la-Ville to Saint Louis LN5! 
The picture was taken at kilometer 577.3 near Lapalud. In the picture the SNCF OUIGO 7851 from Paris Gare de Lyon to Nice-Ville with the Rame 778 and 779 (right in the picture) and the SNCF OUIGO 7842 from Marseille St-Charles to Lille Flanders with the TGV Rame 787 and 780.

The picture shows the GFM railcar shunting in Blonay.

This means that the small trolley can be turned at any point or removed from the track (for counter trains). The turntable consists of various elements and is carried on the trolley. 
If the trolley is to be turned, the elements are mounted, the trolley moves on it and then it can be turned, where as can be seen here in the picture in Blonay.

The trolley comes from Reseau Breton and, thanks to its small external dimensions, was just taken along and taken to the Blonay -Chamby railway transported. Now  Le Biniou  is Blonay and is giving itself (and especially the Le Biniou team) a little break.

The Daisine is now ready for the return journey with the front towards Blonay. In the background, the rotating mechanism is being dismantled and then stowed away at the designated locations on Le Biniou.

The GFM Be 4/4 111 railcar was in service with Blonay Chamby for some time and then came to GFM Historique, which was founded in 2012. The railcar was built by SWS/Alioth in 1903 and put into operation as the CEG CFe 4/4 11. In 1928, after a first conversion, it became the BCe 4/4 111 and in 1956, after a second conversion, it became the GFM Be4/4. The picture shows the railcar in use on the Blonay-Chamby Railway leaving Blonay train station.

After a long search we finally found it or got the opportunity to get a photo: in Bex there is the new RegionAlps RABe 533 703. Behind it is the SBB RABe 531 002. Interestingly, the  RegionAlpes multiple unit has different colors, a different division of the 1st class and another series designation is an SBB multiple unit, as the UIC number announces: RABe 94 85 0 533 703-0 CH-SBB October 30, 2024

La DER de la Saison / The end of the season of the Blonay Chamby Bahn 2024 - For several years now, the Blonay Chamby Bahn has been showing its wonderful vehicles in action at the end of the season with a somewhat condensed timetable. At the end of the day there was, for my taste, the highlight of the end of the season celebration: The RhB Ge 4/4 N° 81; the magnificent locomotive is shunted in Blonay.
