NS 2967 comes off the Waal bridge at Nijmegen on 27 May 2020.

On 1 July 2018 NS 2974 runs through Alverna with a stopping train to Wijchen.

Completely gone from Dutch tracks are the once ubiquitious TRAXX Class 186.0 and the ICR coaches. On 26 May 2017 NS 186 018 hauls such a rake through Tilburg Oude Warande. In 2018 NS used a sale-and-lease-back construction with Akiem to cut costs on the locos and from December 2025 all NS Class 186 were returned to Akiem, who lost no time in removing the yellow and blue.

LPG tank train with CT 186 152 leaves Nijmegen on 14 April 2020. Due to works on the direct track Eindhoven--Tilburg, this train had to accept a serieus detour via Nijmegen, where locos were swapped with a change of direction. The detour went via Venlo to Nijmegen (a Diesel traject) and Nijmegen Tilburg (electric track) 

After an LPG tank train with CT 186 152 entered Nijmegen on 14 April 2020, CT 186 152 runs round. Due to works on the direct track Eindhoven--Tilburg, this train had to accept a serieus detour via Nijmegen, where locos were swapped with a change of direction. The detour went via Venlo to Nijmegen (a Diesel traject) and Nijmegen Tilburg (electric track). 
