De numer 354 gives some characteristics of the type of loco, whe the firt n umber denotes the driving axles (3), the second the maximum speed parted by 10 and subsequent minus 3 (80 km/h; 80:10=8, subsequent 8-3=5 and you get the second number of the class) and the thrid number the axle weight minus 10 (14 tonnes pro axle). In this number scheme, many different classes carry the same number, only to be told from one another by a rather complex subnumbering).
