Freights to/from Poland via the Czech republic are almost always hauled by Akiem-186s, but some trains, originating/ending in Czechia see much more interesting traction in the guise of CDC Vectrons Class 383. 

NS 186 043 banks an IC-Direct out of Tilburg on 26 February 2025. The NS TRAXX locos are beginning to loose their blue and yellow paintings after having been sold to Akiem and having been leased back. Slowly the ICR%-coaches and the TRAXX aren being phased out. 
